Lynn Food Pantry

For over a century, Catholic Charities Boston has helped vulnerable individuals and families of all faiths and backgrounds. One of the most comprehensive non-profit providers of social services in Massachusetts, we offer over 70 programs across more than 20 locations throughout Greater Boston, with 450 employees serving thousands of individuals and families annually within the four core areas of Basic Needs, Family & Youth Services, Refugee & Immigrant Services, and Adult Education & Workforce Development. ​​

Rooted in our faith mission, we address critical social justice issues with compassion and aim to break the cycles of poverty in our communities.

The Lynn Food Pantry provides nutritious food to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity through a choice pantry model, allowing clients to select the items that best meet their household's dietary, cultural, and personal needs. 

Volunteers are an essential part of creating a welcoming, dignified shopping experience by assisting clients, restocking shelves, and helping keep the pantry running smoothly. 

A CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) background check is required for all volunteers. The form can be completed in person on your first day of service. Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID to verify your identity and complete the process.

All volunteers are required to complete the volunteer waiver and review the volunteer policies prior to serving.
